Hi All, Im looking to get some input what experienced people in this field think is the difference betwene regular Change management (like when you look up the job description on for example accenture) and this cloud CHM position https://www.accenture.com/us-en/careers/jobdetails?id=R00083022_en&title=Cloud+Change+Consultant-+West#job-location. In my opinion this is more Tech based then the non cloud based CHM. But ive been struggling to find more resources that break this down. Thanks for the insights.

I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.

Shall i switch to tech Mahindra?

How are the client interviews after joining. Can we choose the tech stack or does the hiring manager assign the project. How is the work culture.For senior software engineer A3 and dotnet position. I am a Registered Respiratory Therapist with 5 years of experience in an acute care setting. I, also, have a bachelor’s in healthcare administration.
