Why does it seem so difficult to land an interview at BAH? I only apply to jobs I qualify for and can’t land anything, even with a referral. Anyone have any insight? Thanks!

Things are apparently going to get better after a client will be leaving, I’ll get to work on different brands but I am feeling pretty burnt out from the agency I’m at. Will new clients help? I had two technical rounds in tcs last month and now I have got the offer letter from tcs.

But I found one thing unusual that I did not have any salary negotiation call neither any hr round.

They released offer letter directly on ibegin portal with 60% hike on my current ctc .

Should I consider this as a fake recruitement.

What advantages have you gained from being an introvert in consulting?

Does anyone else have “email social anxiety”? Not with writing emails that have to do with content/work I did, but when I’m “just checking in” and doing vaguely unsaid social things I’ve never understood well.
I feel super awkward and read too into things, it takes me 30+ min for a simple friendly email to a manager or above and I get worked up about it.

When I get mild anxiety during a conversation I press my thumb agains one of my other fingers and it helps me relax a bit. Does anybody else do this? 😭

How do I get more involved in team room conversations? Any practical tips? I have good comebacks in my head just have trouble voicing them
