Has anyone recently attended the JPMC interview?It looks like they are not conducting the cohorts now,today i got the recruiter's call,he said two technical rounds and one techno-managerial round will be there.How the new interview pattern looks like for SWE-2,i mean the type of questions and interview rounds?In cohort it use to be OA, DSA, System design and then techno+managerial.When i asked recruiter he said it will be something like that(No OA) but didn't confirmed.Please help me.

6’0 and weighed in at 220lbs today. All time high and have gained 20lbs since gyms closed in March. When I did workout it was more or less 100% compound lifts. I’m now limited to a few kettlebells but am not even close to as consistent as I was. Any idea on how I can lose this excess 20lbs? I feel like it crept up over night.

How do I get a job as a Mechanical Engineer if I dont have experience?

I couldn’t get an internship while in school. I have a BS in ME and projects from school under my belt. I’ve also passed the FE exam. I’ve been mostly just doing CAD for a company for the last year by creating minimally dimensioned drawings and moving parts around in assemblies. I want to evolve in my career and be doing more. I worked so hard to earn my degree and I feel like I’m not even using it. But who will hire me?

Occupational therapists/physical therapists/SLP, what is a good pay per billable hour/pay per unit? Transitioning from a mental health salary of 70k and looking to at least match that, preferably go higher but not sure how to calculate that.

i have an offer of X amount from jp morgan and x+ 3.5L from Mphasis, my joining is within a week, I asked counter offer from HR, she said we will look if there is any backup candidate to fill that position then we will not do counter and it will impact my DOJ also since offer approval process takes around 2 weeks. should i wait or should i join on my current doj. and also if i will wait will they give me another doj on my current compenstion or they will revoke the offer past doj?
