Also, majority of existing projects are Risk, audit and compliance related or we are trying staff aug / managed service (outsource). Hi Fishes, Got a call from SAP for functional role .I have 10 yrs exp in SAP functional skill , how much can I ask for compensation. Since when I asked 50% hike recruiter behaved abnormally and denied it.
