I've seen a bunch of posts about doing stuff like this, so I have to imagine hiring managers have as well. If/when your resume is ever reviewed by a real person, it'd be very easy to spot if they decided to look for it. All you need to do is hit command a to highlight all text.

Yup, I do it all the time. I understand what the person above is saying, but I'm not sure it matters too much if the hiring manager realized how my resume got in front of them. If they like my experience, they will probably like it even if I had to sneak it past a filter.
