Hi all, I have an offer in hand from Coforge (20+1) and indegene (22+1). Confused which one to go for as both are offering IT delivery role.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

Does anyone have experience working for a ALSP? How does compensation work (pay and benefits)? Are you an employee or technically an IC? Do you have billable requirements like at a firm? Hello — Looking to crowdsource some pros & cons from this knowledgeable group. I have two opportunities. 1: FAANG in Product and 2: Big Pharma. Compensation is more or less equivalent (~300-350k range with Pharma heavy on cash, FAANG heavy on RSUs). What should I be thinking about (long-term trajectory, WLB, future exit opportunities, other)? Appreciate the input in advance.

How much would you expect a AD of forecasting at big pharma to make? Glassdoor says 161 average but that feels low to me.
