Have an offer from PWC AC BG as a Sr. Assc. for 12.7 fixed. My friend works at PWC and told me that it is very likely that there'll be a permanant WFH.

I have a offer from RSM for 13.6 fixed in Delhi. Is there any polite way that I can ask the HR at PWC to match the offer ? My friend told me not to be aggresive about it.

People who think PwC AC Bangalore and PwC AC Kolkata are same (including recruitment process, salary structure, projects, benefits, work culture etc) are too damn high. For the last time, they are not same at all, both are two different entities.
