Just my personal experience, I have commented on a lot of posts, have responded to a many regarding referral when there was a post.
One thing I noticed, almost everyone just assumed That I am a Male. The way almost everyone replied back was like fishbowl is only a man’s world and all fishes are men!!! 😂

I have an offer to a commercial real estate company in hand. My current brokerage (residential focus) wants me to pay $3000 penalty since I’m breaking the contract and leaving. I’m financially struggling and 3k is a big number to pay now. The new job will be paying me $2000/month up until the first year only.
