Have done lot of infrastructure migrations last year like Open shift, CICD, BCP (Resiliency), added Non functional requirements to apps and won a hackathon. But have gotten meets rating with <15% hike while my peers who were on leave for 2 months got promoted with 30%. How do I deal with this? I feel destroyed and I'm new to the political game.
