Have I been lowballed by Deloitte ?
My CCTC is 8.5 fixed and YOE is 5, Tech Stack - Power BI.
I'm yet to receive the offer letter, rolled out in 2 days. They are offering Consultant - Power BI role - 17.6 LPA (16 fixed + 1.6 Var).

I asked 20+ to Deloitte but HR is not willing to offer. I'm also holding an offer of 17 (15 fixed + 2 Var). Please suggest some strategies how I can better negotiate an offer with them ?

In weekend checked out VTP Peagusus project in Kharadi possession 2025. l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.
