No, and I never would. There’s enough change in our biz, you don’t need to go forcing it. If you are still learning and growing, and are still valued, don’t go looking for greener grass; it doesn’t exist. And if u love it there, I have to assume those conditions are being met.
No. In fact, once you get to 15 or 20 years you become too expensive to fire. Not kidding. I’ve had to choose this because finance says so

I know a lot of over 40's who were in that "oh shit" position six years ago when they were laid off as a result of a HUGE cash cow account being lost. Most of them didn't even have LinkedIn profiles, or had relatively updated resumes because they were at the agency 20+ years.
