Currently I'm working as a .Net developer with nearly 3 YOE. I'm looking for job switch for better package,currently I'm getting around 9 LPA and how much do you think I can expect/ask in the further interviews?? And also want to make a switch to the product based one as I'm currently working in product based startup. Any suggestions and referrals are welcome.

Anyone ever have experience negotiating a new offer to include unvested 401k match and stock grants from your current employer? Compared to 40-50% in other places. Crazy hours feb-apr, 40 apr-jul, 45 in Aug, maybe 50-60 that last week of aug/ early sept. <40 post 9/15. We have a need at the senior level to fill a gap. Interviewing at a dream company, and right from the first interview the recruiter told me we are way off on salary expectations. This was a little bit expected, as the role is requiring a few years less experience than I have and also in a much cheaper market. They already told me the salary range during this first call, but wondering if they like me enough and I get an offer, how I might approach negotiating for more. I would be making much less than I do now, but it is a dream company.
