I have a background in finance and 6+ YOE of professional work experience, I had to leave CA in between due to family emergency and started working (although only 1 group of CA final is left, 1 is cleared already), so can anyone provide an insight if being CA qualified is a mandatory requirement in EY and EY GDS in position of Manager in Accounting, auditing,FAAS,AWM teams etc
Would appreciate any insight, as seems HR everywhere just see degree and not the relevant work ex..

Tech Mahindra Solution Architect with presales and delivery
Mindtree: Sr Technical Architect purely delivery role and competency work promised if there is bandwidth
Compensation wise they are on the same level.
YOE: 14.5
Tech: MSBI, Azure Architect
I am also hearing about a possible recession in IT.
Which is better in terms of career growth, secured job and wlb ?

Out of 9 lakh maxm you can get arround 1lkh do not even expect anything More. Accenture Variable Pay is the one of biggest scam in world.
First year you may get prorated ~7.8 percentage of variable, usually for a performing resources it will be from 14-21% not more than that. So you can consider max 21% as variable in accenture. Infosys usually give variable better than accenture

In my 3 years in GN - Industry X practice, i have always got 10 percent variable. Out of 1000 people in my practice in India, hardly 50 people get 20 percent and 20 people gef 25 percent. So you consider 10 percent only as your variable pay instead of 27 percent.

Yes infosys variable pay is very high
Accenture GN shows inflated CTC with 27 percent variable. I was also attracted by this 3 years ago in my offer letter but reality is 10 percent variable only. If you are able to negotitate, do it on base salary and joining bonus
Try to get something other than Accenture.
