Hello All, I have one question. I was a fresher and joined one organization as external employee with third party payroll. I worked as external payroll for 1 year then I became permanent employee of organization was working. When i was a fresher my salary was below tax slab so my external exployer did not generate any form 16 for me. When tried to switch my new organization wants me to submit form 16 as BGC process. Why not just go up just north of the loop? New apt buildings coming up along shepherd and great area of town relatively close to everything. 15-20 min drive to downtown / Montrose / midtown / EaDo is better than 30-45 if you’re wanting to make a change that doesn’t totally put you out ALL the way out in those areas. Plus if you travel it’s toward Bush direction too.
2125 Yale was great for us for a year before we bought. Great neighborhood to walk through and good location.
Definitely not the Woodlands unless you’re looking to cut yourself off from humanity! Especially if you ever have to drive to the office.
Don’t do it OP. The inner loop is where it’s at and the cost is worth it
Not in Katy but, on the Katy Fwy. District at Memorial, on I-10 at Gessner Rd. It’s literally across the highway from Memorial City Mall, seems like just about everyone has a pet, there are elevators that made it pretty easy to move in (I’m in my building’s second floor unit) and my family loves it here.
Sugar Land is superior to Katy, the Woodlands, and Friendswood in pretty much every way.
Closer to downtown.
Closer to the galleria.
Higher rate of property owners vs renters.
Lower crime.
Significantly more diverse.
Significantly better local food.
I would add SL to your list of suburbs to check out if you’re considering settling down.
I think even the post oak area is good. I live in Riveroaks and love it but my rent is way too high for what I live in.
Associate Associate 1 mind sharing the building name?
There's a new apt building on Shepherd north of the loop that looks nice. It's next to a solid brewery and pretty close to the bars /restaurants in oak forest
Hmm Fishels Landing, but I guess it's not opened yet. It looks complete but can't find anything about leasing or a website for it. Just old news articles about it.
Friendswood is nice but man it’s far from Houston
How much is rent?
KPMG 3 I’d definitely consider that, yes. Feel free to DM me.
Dude (or dudette) I lived in a 2/2 like 2 years ago in the loop for $1200/mo. Just don't pick ultra luxury buildings......
