I am currently in search of accommodation in Toronto and interested in a 1BHK or studio - as my parents will be visiting me during the summer. I would prefer a location close to the TTC/Yellow line for easy commute to work. My anticipated move-in timeframe is around February 25th. Please give advice/recommendations on the best approach to finding an apartment or a reliable realtor.
