Could be a silly question — i am beginning to look for a new apartment in the city and ideally want to rent from private landlords rather than going thru Apartment People / @ Properties / Compass, etc. How do you find private landlords?! I have good credit and am very clean! A landlord would love me lol

The apartments I found on domu.com were both private landlords and property management companies depending on the type of property (I was looking in LP which has a ton of private landlords). Try it and see if it works?

Thanks so much!

I moved here from Boston and used Domu. We also walked around neighborhoods we liked and saw a ton of for rent by owner signs in windows, just called those numbers and set up showing.

I know you said you don’t want to use @ properties, but thats how I found my private landlord condo...they had plenty of private landlord listings. Well at least 2 years ago, not sure if changed

60M people need to be vaccinated. Offering them $1000 each would cost this country $60B. Realistically, you can get to half of that population — $30B. One booster shot for 250M people at 80% uptake — $200B. For $30B - $230B, we can end the pandemic in the USA. Worth it? Edited: add in $5M for an MBB to do this math and put it in a PPT for you. And $50M for a big 4 firm to implement, botch, reimplement.
