I have received two offers one is from UST and the other is from EPAM,
The CTC offered is almost the same for both of them but for epam my client round is pending and the same is confirmed for UST which is EQUIFAX.
Since my joining us down the line I need to decide which one to join first.

Epam doj: 2nd March
UST: 23rd February

Any suggestions here?

I have an experience of 6 years in Production and Application Support. I have worked as middleware administrator as well for Jboss and Weblogic.
But due to the diminishing demands of the role in IT industry , I am planning to switch my career in Devops or AWS which would help me grow.
But I am not sure without any practical knowledge, will I get a job at this many years of experience in a different profile.
Do companies hire for AWS profiles with good packages at beginners level?
