Hey guys. I have been applying to Amex for the past 1 year. Tried applying on the portal, through referrals and even hr consultants reached me regarding the roles since I have a relevant profile. But not once have I been shortlisted or called for an interview. What could be the problem?
PS: I have gotten calls from every other company for the same profile but not amex. Can't be a problem with the profile. Seems something dicey which I'm not aware of.American Express

I got an interview for Contract - Audit Manager (Remote) role for EY. Are the interviews done remotely or does EY require interviewees to come into the office for interviews?
Just trying to manage my plan as I am currently traveling and the interview came up as an unexpected opportunity.
Thank you!
Not about Amazon but maybe someone has the answer I’m looking for :) At Meta if you interview for a contract role and get rejected does the 6 month cool off period still apply to you when apply to new jobs? Similarly, if you are employed by a staffing agency at Meta are you barred from interviewing for other roles there? Facebook (Meta)

Applying to jobs is honestly a numbers game. Don’t play it, network instead!
Message people who are in roles you’re looking to get into on LinkedIn and set up informational interviews!
LinkedIn applications have never been successful for anyone I know. It’s a spray and pray approach which is generally not very helpful.
I agree with the previous comment, use LinkedIn to network and find the hiring managers. Then directly email them (not LinkedIn inmail) your applications.
