Hey fishes,
I have given the interview in Hexaware and later on I got the email to fill the CAF form which is also done. Nos it's been 20 days and no call, no e-mail at all! I can see the status as offet pending.
I am on notice period and I have only 1 month remaining.
Is it like, hexaware will release the offer at the end time or something! Because I'm eagerly waiting for the offer as I don't have much time now!

Anything mandatory is no longer fun, they are a hard pass for me.
My first gig as a Jr, 70% of the creatives would go to lunch together, every day.
Every lunch time people would walk around the office inviting each other. The CCO would be present 90% of the time.
It was awesome and I miss it.
Love team lunches! I think it's definitely a beautiful way for the team to connect with each other and have a bond that makes having to be in each other's faces all the time much easier. I wouldn't enjoy it if it was mandatory though.
Where were you reading that, OP, Bad Advice Magazine?
Oh man. Think about all the reasons people like WFH. Does mandatory lunches solve any of them, or just make coming in even more of a drag?
Lunch yes. Mandatory hard no.
I see what you're saying. How else would you manage to have everyone be there without fail? Asking for ideas.
I think team lunches can be helpful, and I can recall instances when they smoothed out issues in the sense that personality clashes softened up a bit. But I don't like the idea of a mandatory team lunch. I think if there's a team lunch people should come, but telling them they have to just rubs me the wrong way.
