I have given 3 rounds of interview for the position of SE- B8 , i.e. Lead SE. Now in salary discussion round i asked HR for a CTC between a range of 31-34L. But they told me max they can give is 29.5L. I still did not accepted the initial offer from HR, it is going again one more round for salary negotiation after HR confirms the bracket from Business. I know Natwest dont negotiate once you accepted the offer. What CTC can i expect from Natwest for Lead SE.

Hi all,

After the final interview, HR reached out and said they would like to extend an offer. HR gave a ball park of 135k - 145k base with about 15k in sign-on equity and 20k annual bonus.

After a couple of days, HR person came back with with 125k base and 20k annual bonus. No sign-on equity anymore. What should I do given that these numbers seem way lower than the initial range provided? HR claimed it’s because of “market conditions”.

Does anyone have a tool/ site that calculates what the offer would need to be to leave a current role, all things considered? Of course, it’s anything more than you’re making now, but I’m looking for something that accounts for LTE, the hassle, risk, etc.

I gave them a range of $70-75K, so they gave the max. But I am questioning asking for a bit more given insurance is apparently on the higher-end and I want to ensure I didn't low-ball myself.
