Ahh noticed the recruiter I was working with got laid off. Now I feel like my resume and 3 rounds of interviews are in the trash. No clue who to reach out to now.

I recently got hike in my current organisation from 5 to 7.5 lpa ctc and in that month itself deloitte is offering me 10.5 fixed 1.5-2 lacs variable on my new ctc. Which is 40 % hike.
