I’m seeking help from anyone at HCL Tech HR regarding the status of my job application. I was informed that I cleared the technical round and submitted the required documents on 4th June. Since then, I haven’t received any updates. I’ve followed up via email and phone, but no luck.

I just received an offer from CTS -16.45LPA
16 - Fixed & 45k variable component with 1Lakh joining bonus. I'm having 5.8 YOE working as Senior ACon with current CTC - 11lpa
I have cleared 2nd round(managerial) with TCS direct project recruitment and waiting for salary negotiation. I'm confused whether to join TCS now itself (which might be too soon to settle down) or go for CTS for next 2 years. Please suggest me. My priorities are Steady growth, Work life balance, Job security.

I got the offer from Gartner and State street for data engineering. Please tell me which one is good in terms of wlb, annual hike, and work.
yoe - 7 years
Gartner - 24 fixed + 2.4 variable
State street - 27.5 fixed.

Urgently need advise. I have an oral offer from a company. After I negotiated for salary , they told that we have decided to drop your candidature. Then I requested I am okay with the offered salay and can join immediately. She told me to write over mail to her & her manager. I did that.
