how much time Mindtree takes to release offer letter.already have discussion with HR and they don't have any issue with my expected salary,they said you will get the offer letter within 4-5 days.. Can i expect offer letter from them.

My recruiter mentioned last week that I'm going to HC, then called me this week to say that I skipped HC as I did well so "we're moving to next steps". They then mentioned the TC range for my role/location and asked a few questions about my visa status, but there was no official "offer" with a concrete breakdown of numbers. What is the best statement to make when you want to renegotiate the offer after calling the HR of company A, given that you have a better offer at hand from Company B but still willing to go with A as they are offering better role however you don't wanna miss out on prospects of better pay??

Incase the HR of company A completely decline to renegotiate can one still stock with company A?

Had a call with audit leaders last week and were told that they haven't finalized the office building and they will get possession of the new building in Pune only by Jan 2023.

Currently they just have the ITS with the seating capacity of 30 people.

Now for audit they want us to go to office 2 days every week. How are we supposed to do that when they don't even have an office? But they are still adamant to get us back to office location by June 1.
