I am a Frontend developer with 4 YOE. Joined Infosys in May 2025 at 6.5 LPA (incl. variable). Earlier CTC was 5.75 LPA with ~40k in-hand, which is almost the same now. Infosys delayed offer by 2 months; my notice was already done and due to market slowdown/no other offers, I had to join. Mostly on bench so far.
