i am looking to start my career as UI/UX Designer as a fresher, so do support me and help me to find the role of UI/UX Designer, i do not have any guidence so help me.......

I’ve been in community corrections for almost two years. I love what I do in case management, for inmates working on reentry but I would like to explore other job roles and start making a better income. I’m really interested in tech and project management roles. I just do not know where to start far as getting my foot in the door with either industry. I have a BA criminology, I adjust to quick changes, I thrive in fast paced environments and I learn quick. I have a great work ethic.

When onboarding someone into an existing and/or new project, what are the top 5 (or 10) items that one should keep on mind?

I know that people say it’s all about story, but with a certain gpa/gmat score is there a “floor” that you’re safe on? For example would someone with 4.0/780 (not me) be pretty much assured at least 1 M7? Or is there a reasonable chance that all M7s will reject them? Or is their floor just lower (T15 for example)?

Any Wharton admits who’ve received the admit package? I’m outside the US and haven’t gotten it yet
