Hi. I'm a final year btech student, and I recently got an offer from PwC India for the post of Sr. Analyst, with the package of 4.5lpa fixed + some yearly performance bonus. How should I expect me to be my career graph in pwc? Promotions, work culture, work life balance, basically any kind of insight will be appreciated.
THANKS A TON, IN ADVANCE.

This is just my perspective.
For any UX designer, need to learn the basics, it might take around 3months to fully understand, Research, Ideation, Brainstorming, Problem Solving, Personas, IA, Flows, Wireframes etc
..
And need to dedicate a month on refining your tool skills, (Figma is enough) Try daily UI challenges.
And 1month completely to build your portfolio. and make it presentable by re-iteration
One small advice on portfolio- Dont take your designs seriously, take reviews and make changes.
During this 5 months, parallelly create a linkedin profile and connect with HR recruiter specifically hiring UX Designers(search by # hashtags). and follow design pages, as they are really helpful in learning new trends, which would give you a upper hand in interviews.
This is just my view, it may differ from person to person, as there is no defined way to learn UX.
Hope this helps.
Thank you so much!
Do you have any views on how soon we can expect to get hired once we have a beginners portfolio and the salary range?
You cannot put a time frame really.. depends on where you start... If you have some experience, what that experience is..
I will say try to actually work on research rather than just puting up some background to go for some beautiful design... document steps... If you are taking interviews try if you can click the picture during process.. just to add authenticity to your work...
To get the job of "UI design" in name of UX you will easily find it.. but to get proper UX jobs it will take time...
You can expect salaries from 3LPA to 7-8LPA as starting package depending on combination of company, profile and skills. Try to find a mentor to direct you well
