I had my second round of interview on 1st July and after that I didn't get any update or feedback yet. I had sent the mail 2 days back to HR for the update but still no response. I had called the HR multiple times but not picking up the phone.
What should I do now. I am not getting any response either on mail or phone.

In the beginning of my career I absconded 1 company who had 3 years bond and I worked there for 5 months. My pf account is created for that company and it has been closed with reason cessation (short service). After that I worked in 1 company for 6 years and since January I'm working in TCS. Should I mention my first company experience. So far I'm not mentioning it anywhere.

Do tech companies like FAANG hire strategy consultants? Starting at an MBB/T2 next year and curious if tech companies leverage consultants as much as other industries. Because during interview I said yes to Night Shifts.
