I have donecertifications like Kyc Aml from IIBF, Acams AML Foundation V3 And NISM AML Transaction Monitoring and Suspicious Transaction Reporting. Looking out for relevant roles. Have my first final round interview! I've already interviewed with the lead of the group, this is another interview with her + the person directly under her.

Trying to level set expectations...are final round interviews more of a gut check to see if you're the right person for the position? Just trying to understand what % of final rounds are successful lol.

I went for 3 interviews with a company met with vp and was given package thinking I aced interview there was another candidate 😞 the other person for the job. The VP calls me to tell me I didn’t get position however he wants me to re apply in new year that something else will be open, and that he wanted to keep a copy of my resume what does this mean ? Should I apply again in new year or don’t bother ?

I would like to start a monthly restaurant supper club, OR if anyone has one I want to join.

I have a VC/GE interview coming up (phone screen) and personally don’t know much about the space , it’s just an area that has always seemed interesting.

Does anyone have Recommendations on how to get up to speed/good questions to ask during the phone screen?

I would assume the first call will be pretty standard to any other company, but just want to be prepared.

I’m in the process of interviewing for an HR consulting role that seems to be more of an outsourcing role..

Is this already a red flag or could it potentially be an opportunity for growth?

Does anyone here suffer from bipolar disorder? How do you manage it and working in law? I see a therapist, and a psychiatrist, and am on medication, but I still have days where I wake up and I’m so depressed I can’t move. I’m working on remedying this with my doctors, but how does one approach mental health issues with their employer? I never felt the need to until I realized how much being bipolar can affect my ability to work.

I am looking to get into a developer role ( I have certifications)or graphic designer role which I have a master degree in . What is the steps to get into a entry level job.
