I recently got interviewed at infosys for salesforce Lead role and I have 10 year of exp.
I need suggestion from you guys, the issue is what they are offering.They are offering 10% hike and 15% performance bonus in included in that and 1.25L joining bonus. In short my inhand going be lesser if i join,
dont think its a good offer, What should I do??
