I'm currently interviewing for Director of Digital Marketing and Demand Gen roles. I have all the competencies required and can demonstrate all the skills through examples from my experience.

The issue I keep getting stuck at is my lack of people management experience. I have some people management from early roles, led project teams, agencies, and currently mentor people in the company. However the feedback is always lack of people mgmt exp.

.they asked whether they can schedule interview on Wednesday....i said Yes.

But somehow I get schedule cancellation e-mail on or before Tuesday & the process continues from last 1.5 months

So i am planning to get her into IT by doing some certifications of Testing profile.
Will there be any issue from the HR end at the Time of hiring?
Will her resume get shortlisted in naukri profile as she belongs to medical field and trying for IT?
Assuming she has gained all the technical knowledge for the skillset

It used to be the case that you could never say anything in the slightest negative about your old position/employer/etc when applying for a new job. I have had a gap in my tech résumé for a bit, as I’ve had some negative experiences (typical ones for women in technology) that have come to light in recent years to the public. Since that is now the case… Is it now OK to say that I left my last position because of toxic company culture, or something of the sort? Or still a huge NO-NO?

Any recommendations on where to go to brush up on your Boolean search techniques? I’ve been recruiting for 10 years, but admit I don’t know the latest ways... for example X-ray

I need help with my interviewing skills

I’ll likely 100% quit my new job (only 2 months in, but it’s just not the job we discussed in interviews and both the agency and the clients are a mess individually). My conflict is, we’re in the middle of a campaign launch (live July). Do I let my boss know now so that they can have someone at the back half of the campaign launch? Or do I just wait until I’m ready to put in my 2wks and leave them hanging?

I don’t hire people who bring up their support for the GOP in interviews. It makes me worried about their critical thinking skills, and their ability to be professional in front of clients.

Hey folks - I have an inquiry on my credit for a gym membership I “failed to cancel”. I had previously left this gym as it closed during pandemic, and shifted to a new location. In doing so, I informed the gym I would be leaving. However, I recently checked my credit and saw that my membership had not been cancelled and had been sent to collections (prompting an inquiry and dropping my score).

Has anyone experienced this, and is aware of next steps to take here?

During my tenure at TCS, I hadn't linked Aadhaar with UAN because the aadhaar mandate was happening around the time of my resignation.. After resigning from TCS, I took a 3 year break from my job for personal reasons.
In the meantime, EPFO had migrated most of the processes from offline to online.
Then i joined EY where I was told that it was my responsibility to link aadhaar with UAN.
Further, I can't see any entry from EY in my PF passbook. I can see the TCS entry but can't mark my exit.
