The lower end of that range is what I am currently making. The higher end of that range is almost 200k more than my current comp. The role is almost identical. I wasn’t looking to move, but that higher end range would set my family up very nicely for our goals. But I am happy at my current company. Help?

They do the whole "your background and expertise is exactly what we're looking for" then turn around and offer a salary range that is 20k below my current level. And one one big brand company but they have started new divisions for e-commerce flat form

A few months ago I took a job selling internet service. Primarily, I work in the field, where I can make all my sales, but I have been kinda dipping a toe into reaching out to property managers via email. So, i have been trying to write a BASHO email template and I am hitting a wall. It’s hard to personalize it as a lot of the people I reach out to have no social media or are super hard to find. Basically what I have is Intro->benefit statement(one sentence)->CTA. Any advice?
