Has anyone been placed through ICAI women campus or ICAI campus in general? How long did it take after the interview for the next step? I have an interview soon and will be unavailable for two days about two weeks later—just trying to understand the usual timeline. Would appreciate any insights!

I am booked at an agency that is filled with toxic people and I got offered a freelance job at a really great agency. I am two weeks into a four week booking but they said that usually keep freelancers on for a really long time. Right now I am only working on edits. My supervisor gave me 8hours of AWOL because I couldn't show up one day because I was under anxiety. I have gave him letters from psychiatrist,psychologist that I'm passing through this. He didn't care and gave me an AWOL. I want to leave my job because my department is very toxic but I don't want to leave having that on my records.
If I move to another job later on (private or federal) this 8 hours of AWOL will show up?

Over the last couple of months I’ve interviewed for a number of jobs and made it to second and third round interviews but never got an offer. My last interview was on Monday and I got feedback that I did not get selected because it did not seem like I was a a team player. Hello, friend of mine is in CA final, 2nd group left. He works under a CA in tier 3 city, but has great knowledge in taxes, GST etc. He wants jobs in bigger cities now. What can be some good opportunities for someone like him and how to find those?
