What exactly are these juices “cleansing” you of??
These things are just another in a long line of stupid “get fit quick” schemes. The only reason you see any “success stories” with them is because they put most folks in a calorie deficit so they naturally lose weight. Which you can do for free eating whatever you want...just eat less than you burn per day!
Drink more water. It will cleanse more shit than juice. In fact, juice may make you sick.

Depends... I have some digestive issues and I find that if they are flaring up, doing my own version of a “modified” juice cleanse helps. The key is to pick juices with minimal or no fruit so you’re not just sucking down sugar. Think all greens or root vegetables juices. For dinner I will have a smoothie with vegan, clean protein powder, nut milk, a little almond butter for fat and spinach or kale. Would recommend not doing beyond 3 days and incorporating only light exercise.
If you don’t have any digestive issues to solve then you can just eat clean and plant based and will have much the same effect.
