Hello all, I work full time as an RN at the VA. I’ve been looking for a side hustle to do on my own time. I would love to review cases such as prior authorization, records for 2nd opinions, etc. The positions that I come across generally require a commitment of at least 24 hrs which is not feasible. Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?

If Kolkata office is supposed to be functional from next year then why we requested to come Kolkata by the end of May. I have shifted to Kolkata with family and now paying unnecessary rent.

My joining is on 11th July. I believe I have to collect the laptop from Camac street on joining date. But after laptop collection, should I WFH as the Technopolis office is not ready? Also, how much time does it take on first day for all the formalities? After laptop collection and formalities, I am planning to return to my hometown which is 250 km away.
