Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

I would focus on measurements, taking progress pictures, how you feel, and if you’re getting stronger (able to lift more weights, do more reps). If everything but your weight is trending in a positive direction than I’d say you’re on the right path! The scale can be brutal and not accurately reflect your progress
I don’t think it’s muscle gain since you haven’t been lifting weights and in a deficit. It’s most likely some form of water retention. Could be you ate more sodium over the past day or so. Or if you’re sore, inflammation causes water retention. Also, depending on when you weighed yourself in relation to your rest day that could have an impact. No matter what it is, weight loss is not linear so just keep it up! Sounds like you’re tracking everything and doing great!
Have you increased training intensity/frequency? Sounds like you are gaining muscle.
I’m eating at the same deficit as I was in lockdown but have gained ~5lbs in the past 2 weeks because gyms near me have finally reopened and I finally have access to weights again.
Haha alright, all fair points to consider and look at, thanks mate
Most likely you’re gaining muscle
As said above, gaining muscle or measuring food inaccurately so you aren't at a deficit
Are you doing pure cardio 5/6x a week for an hour? What are your goals?
Cardio is not really as much of a fat burner as people think. I had a trainer tell me once that once you start seriously training and watching what you eat, you will gain weight after three weeks as your body adjusts. It’s probably water retention, as somebody else mentioned. I’m assuming you are not female, or you would be used to fluctuations in weight as hormonal balances shift each month. If you are female: hormonal balances change each month and cause fluctuations in weight.
