I have 2 offers, one from BNP Paribas offers 17.5 LPA (fixed + bonus on top of that) for Senior Software Engineer and the other one is Comcast offers 19 LPA (including variable pay) for Development Engineer 3.

My YOE is 5.5 and the tech stack is Java with Springboot and AWS. Please suggest which one I can choose. From my pov, both the companies seem to be good.
