What in your experience is average raise for high performer vs meets expectations?

I have got an offer based in Boblingen, Germany with 60k euro as fixed. Will it be enough for a couple with a 3 year old kid ? My major expense would be accommodation, groceries, kid’s school and transportation. Please do let me know your valuable inputs. TIA

Hey Peeps, I got an offer from Thoughtworks. I heard that you get some stocks too. But the offer letter does not mention it.
