I’m about to give my notice at a firm I’ve been at for the majority of my legal career. They’ve recently offered me non-equity partnership (which I’ve accepted), w equity partnership on the horizon. Long story short, I joined as a Growth Manager at 200K daily active users and we are currently at 2M. A large part of the current strategy we have was led and built by me and implemented all over the world.

My initial package was $115K + $85K equity at a $100M valuation (my first job)
