Great overall experience profile to come back to KSA habibi - espcially avaiation is booming given the tourist push and mega-projects.
Government had a slowdown due to budget cuts but still represents majority of work for consultants here.
Every consultancy here would be eager to hire a local with international Experience that is multilingual so you could even leverage to jump to T1

And To answer A1’s reply, I do consider myself a local given that I lived 18 years in Saudi (and love the country as my own- normal since all my childhood memories are there), but I know you may mean having Saudi citizenship. That, I dont have (I’m an Arab-Canadian).
