Thoughts on Air Europa? Looking at a flight that would use KLM to get from the US to Europe then Air Europa for a 2hr flight to my destination. What’s the best resource for learning about asset management/the investment world. Like an “asset management for dummies” type of thing. I just got into the asset management sector after being in the mortgage industry for a decade. It’s been so long since I’ve learned all the different investments/terms so I’m a little lost. Hi fishes! I'm currently looking to do a bit of a career switch from research in Medchem to a field service technician role (for laboratory instrumentation). I have applied a few places and got several phone interviews lined up. Can anyone tell me what type of questions I may get? Or general advice on making this switch?

I accepted a $115K base salary, 13% bonus, 10k sign on bonus (scientist supervisor) job and two weeks later, got a $135K base, 17% bonus, and 15K sign on bonus (Senior scientist role) offer from another company. Should I accept the new offer ? How do I tell the previous company about this? Also, I’ve already negotiated with the first company and the $115K base is the negotiated salary. I really do not prefer one company over the other. They’re both great! I’m very confused here. TIA🙏
