Hello guys, i am working as a Data Engineer at Genpact.

I got an offer from another MNC on 6th of January and on the same day I put on my papers.
As per the 3months notice period the LWD evaluated as 6th April.

But the joining date on the offer from the another MNC. Is mentioned as 28th March.

What should I do in this situation ?
Should I ask the offer giving company to revise the offer’s joining date ?
Or can you guys give any other solutions ?

My supervisor took over the steps i was supposed to perform during final deployment and there was a mess up. All management people think it was me. What should I do? I am looking for promotion this year and this will bring down my ratings? Should I talk to my SM who is above my supervisor? I have split up my snapshots for reviews between SM and my supervisor. So both of their reviews will matter to me ???

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐
