Out of that only 117 have been viewed that’s 6% viewed! the hiring process is completely broken, human resources, managers, and hiring managers are not capable! The same jobs open for 2 1/2 yrs reposting salaries after interviewing 100 then cutting the salary by up to $50k They say can’t find people but they fire you in 90 days when your working 80 hours a week or people are walking!

I was very specialized at my law firm and took a similarly specialized role in-house….but I still get requests to mark-up types of agreements that I never touched at my firm. I have a question, I got a contract role through a recruiter. Initially the recruiter offered the hourly pay rate which was the minimum in my range. Now I got an offer from the company. Now without me asking her she increased the hourly wage to the maximum range I asked. Which makes me doubt if the company increased it or she knew the rate all along but gave me the lower rate ?

During Bosch HR round, I've conveyed my salary expectations. The HR for once, didn't argue the figure quoted. Instead just said, that the offer would be released post approval from business head.

Now, I've filled in firststeps portal details as well. When should I expect the offer to be released? And how frequently should i follow up with the recruiter?
Also, does not countering my demands of requisite salary mean that they'll provide the figure I've asked for?. Kindly suggest.
