Hello guys, I got an offer letter from Accenture my date of joining is 19th August 2024 but in my current company they will release me on 30th August 2024 . I want to extend joining date to 9th September 2024 The HR is not replying to calls or Emails, what action should I take now ? Any suggestions ?

I’m 36 and I recently reached a net worth of 1 million dollars. I thought I was doing good but then I see other people with several millions and can’t help but wonder how they got there.
