Q: for FAANG recruiters, do candidates get a reject stamp after failing even at the later stages?
I advanced to the last stage at Facebook (Meta) around a year ago but failed on my last interview, a combination of not being familiar with the process and not having chemistry with the interviewer.
A friend who is a hiring manager recently recommended me and this time without even a HR call I received a straight up thanks but no thanks email.
Does this mean I’ve been permanently black listed?
Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance. Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.

I am applying through linkedin and preparing for interviews.Heard interviews are different from India. So just wamted to know how to prepare for that.
I have attended a couple, but for a senior engineer / lead post.
I have found the interviews to be similar to the ones I have attended in India, except for one where I just had a coversation with the head of the technical department. We just discussed about my current work, the work his team did and what I was looking for in a role and company.
I guess you are good to go if you have a decently strong technical base, good communication and a great work culture.
