Typically, yes. Back office for hedge is generally better than PE as well.

For some reason, HF people are shielded from FOF clients in summer (Fed compliance). Is that more or less the same at other firms?

In my office, people do both at least at the staff/senior level

Gay man who works in a large org that is big on diversity and inclusion efforts. I’d say about 50-60% of people (at all levels, across all age groups and races) list their gender pronouns in email signature. I list mine because I see it as a way to show support for colleagues who may not be cisgender. If anyone else works in the same type of environment, do you infer anything about colleagues who choose not to list their gender pronouns? (such as they are homo/trans phobic?)

Got 2 offers:
Lucidworks - 33
Boeing - 35(Verbal offer after countered them with lucidworks offer).

Now with freshworks, last round is pending.
Let me know what would be better.

From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.

Btw, I have been interviewed for 6 rounds in Citrix and waiting to hear from them.
