My joining date is 24 March
They offered me 14 + 10% variables+ relocation of 1.5 .
Having 4+ years of experience.

Now I have a offer of 18 +10% variables from another company service based.

But I want to join Sanofi.
Do they match it ?
Does they generally give finally offer at beginning ?
Or can be reconsider if I tell at last moment?
