I received an offer from Tech Mahindra , they are offering 25% VP which is around 8 lakh. HR told me 60% of the variable pay I will get for sure and the rest 40% is depending on performance but mostly 80% of the rest 40% paid. Is it true? If you consider 800000 monthly variable pay would be around 66k. How much variable pay I expect out of 66K?

Can anyone here explain me the variable component in Mindtree??
HR said.. everything is fixed , there is nothing variable here.
Is this true ?? Or is it that there is variable which is being paid monthly and which can actually vary month to month??
