Busy season continues

Anyone have any good audit jokes or one liners?
Busy season has public accountants like

Just signed the outside employment form in KPMG onboarding system. I actually wanted to start dabbling in creative writing as a potentially monetizable hobby, but I'm guessing this may pose issues.
Definitely interested in the "exception from this policy may be requested if provision of non-professional services doesn't interfere with one's duties of causes conflict of interest" clause, though. Has anyone been able to get one of those before?

It’s actually a really tough exam even compared to the CPA because the answers are very confusing. I did and documented questions questions questions. And then I organized and looked for the nuance in similar questions so it was a little clearer when you see something like those what the trick is.
I will try anything. Thank you for the trick!
I recently completed all three parts in 3ish months. There’s a few things that I found are key.
The first (and by far most important) is try to understand the way the IIA wants you to answer. Not necessarily what you would do or have actually done in real life, but rather by the textbook/principles what is the correct approach.
Going off that first point, the second is to pay attention to key words in the question and responses. By that I mean, if there are multiple “correct” answers pick the one that is the most inline with how the IIA would want you to answer, even if none seem perfect. Carefully reading the entire question and every choice is the key here. They like to throw in modifiers that can completely change the meaning.
And the last, was to try not to overthink. What I did for all the tests was answer the questions I immediately knew the answer. And then quickly skipped the ones I was not 100% sure. This allowed me to get in the grove of answering the questions the IIA way. Then when I circled back I had the right mindset, but also knew how much time I actually had that I spend rereading the questions. I then went through all the slipped questions in the same manner if any were now obvious I answered them and skipped the ones I was less sure on. Then I spent the rest of the time figuring the last ones out.
For studying, I used the IIA materials (honestly they were not good) BUT it didn’t give you extra information that they don’t ask about. I read each section and would take the quiz aiming for an 80% or higher. If I didn’t get that I would reread the areas I didn’t know and then retake the quiz. Here, I was careful to not simply remember the answers but actually understand why that was the IIA answer.
I hope that helps. Good luck!
I have one more question for you, is a certification required for a senior auditor role at your company or is in progress of the cert enough?
I am and I havent attempted part two yet so this is promising…. -_-
Haha sorry. I hope you have better luck than me but part 2 seems to be harder because there are more topics at a proficient level versus the basic level.
