I was offered a position however it was offered to me below the starting salary that was listed. The salary is very close to my previous employment minus a few added perks and benefits. My previous employment was strictly remote and this is now in person so a lot of gas is going to be used.
They offered me the position 13K below the base of the salary that was listed in the job position. Has anyone experienced this and how did you approach this? I have mixed feelings about it.
