Hello, I'm considering buying a rental property in the Plano area (3bd/2.5ba). My target demographics will be young professionals transitioning out of a rental without the commitment and burden of owning a home but prioritize proximity to a major business hub.

However, there isn't space for a dining and wonder if it would be a deal breaker for a renter and even a prospective homeowner. The kitchen island is big enough to accommodate three bar stools. Curious to hear your thoughts

Hey everyone. I am not an ADHD consultant, but mom to a 6 year old who is very likely ADHD (we will be starting the diagnosis process soon). I want to get to know the local private companies. I worked at a private company with 2-3k employees before my MBA. They had an amazing culture, but limited progression opportunities. I'm thinking about looking for a smaller company (couple hundred to couple thousand employees) in the Dallas area and looking to find an amazing culture.
